We try our best to ship the orders submitted before 03:00 pm (local time) the same or next business day.Same or next day shipping does not mean same or next day delivery. That mean Advertis.ca makes the order available to the carrier on that or next day. From there the carrier shipping timelines and delivery commitments rule.

You can pick up the goods in Montreal (3850 Rue Jean-Talon O, Montreal, QC H3R 2G8)
Orders for pick-up require a 3-24-hours lead time to process and prepare the order. Please let us know in advance the time when you would like to pick up the order and get confirmation before your arrival.

Delivery in the island of Montreal
- $40 (by our own courier) or by Canada Post rates
- Free for orders over $500 before taxes (by our own courier).
Make sure that the selected address is correct and that you will be present at the reception of the goods.
If you want our own carrier to notify you an hour before delivery, fill in the "Add Comments About Your Order" on the checkout page. Please note preferred delivery date and time or special instructions. We make every reasonable effort to meet these requests.
Delivery in the island of Laval
- $50 (by our own courier) or by Canada Post rates
- Free for orders over $700 before taxes (by our own courier).
Make sure that the selected address is correct and that you will be present at the reception of the goods.

Delivery in the Greater Montreal
- $75 (by our own courier) or by Canada Post rates
- Free for orders over $1000 before taxes (by our own courier).

The shipping time is from 1 to 3 business days from when your order is received.
Use My Carrier
If you have an account with another delivery company, you can use them to transport your purchases. Please place your order and specify this type of delivery. We will send you the information about your order (size, weight, and number of boxes). Then you will send us the data for printing stickers for each box.

Shipping Across Canada
We ship orders across Canada by UPS, Fedex, Purolator, Canpar, Canada Post.
We carefully pack every package leaving our facility before shipping. Your shipping and handling costs are summed up when placing an order. The tracking number, shipping method for your package will be listed in your shipment confirmation e-mail. We can also choose the carrier to send the order.

International Shipping
At the moment, we only ship to Canada and the United States. For other international orders, please contact sales@advertis.ca

Goods Damaged in Transit
We request that all of our customers inspect their items thoroughly before signing for the shipment. If the goods or packaging appear to be damaged please sign for the items as "Damaged".
Please take photographs of the damaged products and email the pictures to sales@advertis.ca , include number of order, quantity of broken items.
We cannot process a claim of damage without photographic evidence.
All shipments are deemed to have been received in good order unless we are notified in writing within a period of 5 working days following delivery of the goods.
After processing the received information, we will credit your online account for the next order. This amount will be visible as "Store Credit" on the checkout page.
